Great Generator

Power was out a couple weeks ago and my old generator wouldn’t get it done anymore, ordered this one because it had all the features I was looking for at a great price ! Haven’t had a chance to use it yet , but I put it together and , ran it a little and got it all ready , just waiting for the power to go out again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

New generator and a problem from day 1

Bought a brand new Westinghouse WGen9500 and it will not start or run on gasoline. I called and I guess it’s a common problem with their new generators. They said the carburetor is probably gummed up from sitting after being tested. It says on the generator to use fuel stabilizer but they do not follow their own instructions. I asked if they use stabilizer and was told no. So I have to wait for a back ordered carburetor. Or I can return the generator for a refund or exchange. I haven’t fully tried it out to see if I would recommend to a friend so at the moment I’m going to say no. The generator will start and run on propane.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exceeds My Expectations

Excellent product. Love the remote start. Just installed transfer switch and ran all the important stuff in the house off generator power with no problems. Easy startup and process for getting things switched over to generator. Highly recommend.

Great Unit! Love the Duel Fuel. Remote start is great for husbands. Your wife doesnt need to bother you to turn the Gen on anymore, she can do it herself, from inside!
