Excellent Quality Generator

I recently purchased this generator for backup power to my home. It started up immediately and ran perfectly with gas and propane. It comes with a 30 and a 50 watt plug in. I tested it today with the 30 amp and it powered all the appliances in my home including two refrigerators, well pump, gas heater, multiple lights and televisions. Nice to have the 50 watt but don't think I will need it.

Exactly what we needed!

The Westinghouse WGEN9500DF generator is exactly what we were looking for to keep our power running during the occasional power outages experience in Texas. We connect it to our home using a transfer switch and it is powerful enough to keep the whole house (3200 sq ft) running with the exception of the AC units.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powers home.. 50A connect needs improving

Most 50A cords on the market have a 90 degree angle forwards. This interferes substantially with the wheel of the generator when hooking up. Surprised the engineers made this decision..in the future plan for different cord orientation for the 50A.

Great Power to power most appliances

The generator arrived with zero issues. Assembly was easy, and so was start up. I’m interested to see how well it works with my manual transfer switch I install soon.
