A life saver

Last year in February, we were caught up in the "Freeze" in Texas. We lost power and suffered thru the whole ordeal. So my wife and I decided to purchase our first Generator and I will say...The best investment we have ever made. We managed to find an 50amp outlet and plugged our house to it...works like a charm, and not only that, my wife was able to set up the generator and hook it up. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

I read so many reviews looking for the right generator to power the essentials of our house during a power loss. Settled on this one, and it was easy to set up and ran on the first try. I familiarized myself with lots of reviews where people left their recommendations for options to connect to the house, and we got a plug installed that allows us to power the whole house via the one plug. Yes, it's loud, but not unbearable, especially when the alternative is no power. Love the dual fuel feature and I love the fact that it does NOT connect to a smartphone like some models do. Assembly was easy and it's easy to move once it's on its wheels. The instructions are well-written and easy to follow. Tip: We did have to add a little more oil than the quart that came with the generator, so you may want to have some extra on hand.

Fantastic Generator!

We've had our WGen9500DF for two years and have it hooked up to a generac 30amp homelink (w/generator grounded outside). It runs like a dream! Our quality of power in South Bend, IN is horrible. We have up to 5 power outages a year in-city. We have a reliance mb75 to help us gauge our wattage usage. Even with eight circuits covered in generac panel, we barely use half of our 9500 watt gen! Loving this setup! Happy customer!!

Wanted duel fuel

When attaching feet, one stud would need thread in as that hole had never been tapped. Also serial number for warranty registration is not where expressed included paper work in packet shipped with generator. You will find location when you register on line

Dual fuel Generator

I’ve had good luck with a Westinghouse power washer so I am excited to use this generator. For the cost it is a powerful generator with the option of gas or propane for the fuel source. The remote start was a deciding feature for me. I like that I do not have to go outside to start it. One issue is that the 50 amp outlet is right above the wheel. 50amp cords are very thick and robust. It is hard to get the 50 amp plug in with the wheel there. The cord does not want to bend or flex. I’m looking forward to the next power outage to see what this thing can do.
