Won't run on gas

Picked up two days ago, will not run on gas but started & ran fine on propane. Waiting to get in touch with customer service to see what I am supposed to do.

Easy shipping and setup

Generator shipped and was delivered on time with no issues at all, they placed it in my shop for my wife while I was out so it would not get wet. No damage anywhere on the box or inside. The setup with the quick start instructions was super easy and took about 10 min. Start up was simple as expected with the electric start and I appreciated having them ship in the box 1.1Q of oil, it's a small thing but showed thoughtfulness by the manufacturer. Also included a funnel and spark plug removal tool, again something that I've seen others omit from their packing.
Testing of the generator went with no issues and performed exactly as expected and it's ready for our next power outage.

I bought this 1 year ago and until now I use it, I had not left a review before because I had not used it, I mean that this is super good you can connect it to your whole house even the A/C works perfect it is more powerful with gasoline that with gas
