Have not used yet, but it looks well put together. It was supper easy to get ready to use. Can leave more feed back after some use.

Great generator and customer service

So far so good... after a call to tech support to learn that the battery cable wasn't connected when it left the factory. That's ok, it was for shipping, but it should have been mentioned in the manual or a tag attached to the cable. I had to get a neighbor to manually pull the cord to start it but it took a call to tech support to find the real issue. Anyway, CS was real good and now it works like it should.

Upgraded our generator from a gas one that has given us problems for years. Minus the weight, this has been a great upgrade and the key fob is phenomenal.

Powers our house

We connected this to our whole house using an interlock in our breaker box (1 story, 1,700 sq ft) and it was able to power everything (including the 2 ton central AC unit. (We did not test this with the washing machine or dryer running). It works well and was easy to start.
