Excellent Generator

I bought this about a week ago. It was easy to assemble with instructions that were very easy to understand. The generator starts easy even by hand. the FOB was a great invention!

Backup power piece of mind

I got this for backup power emergency and so far so good. As long as I limit amp draw at any given time and limit acs so both aren’t running at same time it seems to do the job. Good peace of mind for the investment

Will not power on

I bought this generator less than 2 months ago and the light for the start switch does not come on. And nothing comes on. It worked when we first got it. We bought a cover to protect it and now it doesn't work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best bang for your buck right here! A couple people I’ve worked for have referred me to this generator. Even when i wasn’t looking for one, but the time has come that I was able to purchase one! It’ll run my whole house depending on what bigger appliances i want to run at the same time. But all in all, very proud with my purchase!

Prompt service

This was a warranty replacement for a WGen9500DF I had bought in January 2022. Unit stopped producing power in August 2022 even though the engine ran fine. Working with the Westinghouse tech staff we determined the generator Stator probably had a short to ground and could not be fixed in the field. Westinghouse promptly declared the unit as unremarkable and sent a brand new unit.
Very happy with the support and warranty service provided by Westinghouse. Just unpacked the new generator and will be doing the break in this week. Will post further comments as necessary.
