Prompt delivery and immediate start up

Very happy with this generator so far. Delivered very promptly and started first try. Met all specifications. Just had an ice storm but did not need it this time. Happy to know we are prepared. Sound levels as stated.

Opened it up, read directions, added oil, started right up, gauges reading properly, powered several items, operating perfectly. Very pleased and proud to own it.

Great home backup generator

We bought this generator for a home backup. The electric went off once since purchase and it worked great keeping us in power until the electric came back on.

Awesome powerful unit

Purchased this as a partial home backup generator given the increasing frequency of storms knocking out power in our neighborhood. Now we can open the garage door, keep our security system and internet online, and keep our fridges running so our food doesn't spoil while waiting on the power to be restored. Stoked about this addition to our home and investment in our future. (Though truthfully, I hope it's rarely used!)
