Awesome generator

The WGEN9500DF is a awesome generator, easy to set up and starts right up.This is a heavy duty generator and well built. I haven’t got to use it yet but I know it will do a good job. This generator replaces an older 5000 watt unit, the new generator will run the whole house. Can’t wait to use it. Remote start is a nice feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I haven't used it yet. This survey was prompted at registration. So far that I have experience with it is that it's easy to set up and the instructions are pretty clear and the illustrations and labels are well written and printed. I hooked it up to my propane tank and it was easy. Started up just like the book said it would. Let it idle for a bit. Haven't run loads yet.

RUNS THE WHOLE HOUSE

I bought this generator a year ago to be hurricane ready. Luckily we made it through this season without the need. I had a transfer switch and external plug added to the house. I am right now sitting in the house with the power off and the generator running. The air conditioner is on along with anything else I want to turn on. The generator is running the whole house. This thing is great, I'm so glad I bought it.

Cost effective backup power

We went through an ice storm and lost power for 12 days and we agreed that w could do better so we added a port to our power panel and bought this generator to provide the power. Haven't had to use it for that purpose bit have used it for msc construction jobs and it has been great.

Great Generator

This generator has done a fantastic job supplying all our power needs for building a barn in our pasture. No problem running an air compressor and several power tools simultaneously. Extremely happy with the portability and capabilities of this generator. Wish I would have bought it years sooner.
I have recommended this generator to multiple friends.

Nov 3rd 2022, purchased two of these units and just setting up. I have two separate 200amp panels each setup with a 50amp/240V breaker and 14-50R outlet for the purpose of back-feeding each panel independently and supplying limited power to my home during outages. I will come back and give you a full account of my experience.
I have optimistically assigned 5 stars in each category but will adjust and explain if necessary.
