Great Product

Bought this generator back in June, when the power went out because of Hurricane Ian I unpacked it I added the oil, hooked up a propane tank and it fired up instantly. Ran for two days with zero problems. Recommend this generator to anyone.

Powers the whole house!!

Replaced a more than 20 year old generator so that could power the whole house after installing the transfer switch and glad we did. Did the generator break-in period before hurricane season and when we lost power due to Hurricane Ian, it was ready to go, fired it up and was able to transfer all the power to the 9500. Works on both propane and gas(ethanol free) which means we can have nearly 4-5 days of fuel and propane tanks if we need it. Makes it so much easier to ride out a storm in Florida!!

Great generator

Pretty happy with the functionality of this unit. The option for LP is incredibly convenient. For what it is, the unit isn't annoyingly loud when using the LP as well.

Life Saver

We bought this generator there months ago in the event we needed to restore power for a short outage.
Fast-forward to Hurricane Ian and we had to power this baby up after we lost power. Fortunately, we only needed the generator for a couple of days.
It performed flawlessly and best of all, it was VERY good on fuel usage. Also, we were really pleased with the ease of use!

I hope we won't need to use it again any time in the near future... But, we will definitely be ready with this generator!

Problems with easy start

bought less than 3 month ago.Worked fine initally now will not start with easy start. Used pull start did not charge battery.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
