Great generator

It came complete with the wheel kit. A little heavy at 200+lbs, but once the wheels were installed, no problem moving the generator. Plenty of power to run my house. Cost savings over a whole house general - HUGE!

Bought this generator after much research. Every place gave great reviews so it was a no brainer. Wanted something that my wife could operate with ease and I couldn't be happier with this purchase

I ordered the generator, and it was delivered well before the date it said it was coming on. I did the break in period, then put it to the test. It ran all the feature in my house i wanted it to. Everything I would need during a power outage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Generator for the Price/Don't expect miracles

The generator was at a great price and easy to set up, but don't expect a miracle cure, especially if you have use long extension cords. Also, couldn't change the oil after 25 hours. The plug simply would not come out no matter how hard we tried. Granted, we stopped at a point where we were pretty sure if we put any more torque on the plug it would have sheared. Otherwise, if you need something to run small devices and tools, at a short distance the Westinghouse 9500 is a good buy.

Love the dual fuel!

This generator was delivered in excellent condition. Starts up immediately. The main reason we bought it is that it uses dual fuel. Haven't had to use it yet, but so glad we have it.
