I brought this generator and glad I did. We have been having alot of storms in my area and needed something temporarily when this occurs.
The delivery was smooth, calling before drop off and allowing me to inspect before leaving it.
Customer service was helpful as well.

Hook up the battery put the oil in filled with gas hit the remote start fired right up the remote start is great

Had to purchase this when electricity went out in record high heat. This allowed us to run everything in the house needed. Saved us during this heat!

I received this as a gift for father's day. 5 days later, we had a power outage & it came in handy. I would've like for this to come with a 220 adapter to plug in to my house to power up items using my home outlets. Instead, i had to use an extension cord to my devices (AC, TV, Refrigerator, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this generator a few weeks ago in preparation for hurricane season, and so far its lived up to the many expectations I had set. I've only done test runs so far but it's been running smoothly. It's compatible with everything I need it for, air conditioning, fans, and back feeding for my whole house. It came in excellent condition and I have no doubt this will last.
