I read previous reviews and I have been saving to buy this generator for some time now. I am glad that I was finaly able to purchase it since hurracane season is here now.

good generator

I picked this up today. Assembled quickly. Everything needed for assembly was provided (oil, funnel, even a little tool kit). Used propane and it started right up and ran fine. Ready for the next outage.

I bought this model (WGen9500DF) because it has all the features I need and I have to say the first one I purchased was a lemon because right out the box it would not start. Spent 3 hours on the phone with a service tech and still could not rectify the situation. Turned out to be a bad fuel selector.
Sent it back, got refunded and bought a second one. This one started right up with no known issues. worked as advertised. So far so good. I'm loving my new gen and all it's unmatched perks that go with it. Built good and sturdy and pretty quite for a huge gen like this one. We'll see how she performs under a real world situation down here in Hurricane Central.

Versitle and Geat Functionality

I bought this based on a recommendations from several neighbors and I am happy I purchased this generator for it's duel fuel capability and it will provide the power I will need in a easy to use package.

I bought this generator few days ago, nice looking unit. It was very easy to assemble and started on the first try. I had a little issue with the propane tank hose but customer service was able to help me right away. This is a really good unit, I am pleased with the purchase.

Easy assembly!

Ordered Monday, received Friday. No damage and all parts included. Very simple assembly, less than 10 minutes! Installed oil, connected battery (which was charged) fueled up and started with remote fob. Took a few seconds to get fuel to the carburetor but when it did it cranked up and ran surprisingly smooth. Fairly loud but it does run at full rpms. Plugged in a grinder just to make sure it worked. So far,I’m very pleased.
