Powerful and reliable

I bought this generator after a round of storms where my power was going to be off for a week. It arrived quickly and allowed me to run all of my necessities with ease!

Well built unit

Just came today. Nicely packed and no damage to the unit. Filled the oil put some gas in it and it started with zero issues. My house isn’t set up to plug into the gen yet so the best I could do was running the pool and hot tub for a few hours. No problems, keeping them going, the real test will be after the house is set up for it

I am reviewing this for the free cover. The generator is about the same size as my old one but about a third heavier and 4 times as powerful. My favorite feature is the pushbutton start that my wife will be able to confidently use in an emergency. Reliability is unknown but the instructions give you guidance for maintaining the engine for a very long life so I am hopeful (valve clearance adjustments and oiling the cylinder head for long term storage, all engines benefit from this but don't instruct you how to do it)

I am very happy I chose the Westinghouse brand! The unit started right up after following the easy startup directions. The push button start feature with remote control works great! Very proud of my new generator.
