Purchased after a storm came thru that caused a lot of damage to surrounding areas. Made us realize we really weren’t nearly prepared if we had lost our power for days like so many in the surrounding towns. Generator is well built, easy to use, started right up. Feeling some sense of preparedness if something were to happen.

So easy to use

I bought this (being female ) I can’t pull start . It is so easy to start with remote , no problem at all. I am a massage therapist and have a lot of sheet to wash. People don’t cancel their massages because your power is out. Lol. It has been great. I’m so glad I purchased it . It has made my life so much easier.

I've been eyeing the WGen9500DF for over a year now. After carefully researching all the brands the Westinghouse won the race! Package arrive quickly and the unit looks awesome and well built. Assembly took all of 5 minutes, simple. Added some fuel and it started right up.

Very powerful and quiet

I just bought this unit as backup power for my house. And it has plenty of power to run what I need. And it's very quiet for how big the engine is

Push button start

Bought in February, didn't open the box til June, set it up and it started on the 1st push of the button!! We lose power a lot. Luckily we haven't Needed it, but it was very nice to open and have it start immediately after set up!!

Brought brand new, propane portion works gas portion doesn't it. Called customer service customer service was helpful. Still trying to get the return/fix figured out.
