I bought this generator to power my house when the powers out. It starts right up and has plenty of power! Great product, would definitely recommend.

I purchased this item to replace my generac 5500. I was looking for a generator that had auto start and dual fuel capabilites. the wgen9500 was the perfect generator for my needs.

Push button, recoil or remote start with keyfob, duel fuel, fuel efficient, multiple outlets, transfer switch ready. Perfect back up power supply at a great price.

Very pleased with this product. Instructions for initial set up are clear and concise. Once set up, the generator started and ran flawlessly. Added propane option allows for quick clean up. Also providers a piece of mind that the generator will start up without issues when coming out of long term storage.

Easy start

Easily understood directions for unpacking and preparation for use. Started first time with the electric start button. My only issue is the 50 amp extension cord I'm using to connect to house electrical system has a right angle plug into generator and due to the size of the cord has a slight interference with the unit's wheel.

Great Generator at a great price

I bought the Westinghouse WGen9500DF as it has great power capacity at a decent price compared to other manufacturers I researched. I was looking for a dual fuel generator as I live in Florida and prone to hurricanes and wanted a backup for portable a/c and to keep refrigerator, light, tv, running. I have not yet needed to use it but wanted to take it for a test run. I used propane and it fired up really quick with a push of the included remote control. I plugged in the portable a/c unit and it powered it with no issues. I definitely feel well prepared if we are hit with an extended power outage and I highly recommend this generator for its options and features.
