Puting it together was easy enough, it took about 15 minutes. Get help, it's heavy! It looks very well made.

I bought this today after being without power for 24 hours on a hot 100 degree day. I needed something powerful enough to run our home’s AC and it’s doing great!

Great Product!! Worth the Money!!

Westinghouse WGen9500DF was delivered well packaged and in excellent condition. Put it together and had it running inside an hour; just follow instructions. One concern I would say is the 10W-30 oil provided was not enough to completely fill the generator. . This is a very nice machine and well built. Pulls the rated wattage (only ran gas so far). The generator was easy to start and runs much quieter than our current generator it replaced. Customer service is excellent, answering questions before purchase and after purchase concern we had with the quantity of oil provided. Customer service sent another bottle to top off the oil properly. So far I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. Can’t wait to use it on our next power outage but hope it doesn’t come to soon!!

Great features and easy to use

I bought this generator about a month ago so we will be ready for power outages. Set up was easy and I'm using propane for the fuel. It started right up! The remote start is a nice add-on. I purchased this generator partly because it was one of the quieter ones on the market, has good power output and provides option to run gas or propane.
I would recommend this to a friend!
