Excellent product. Received the generator in its box with no damage. I will review agin next time I had to use it during a power outage. I would recommend the product.

Excellent product even better service support

Bought this Genset April 2021. Worked excellent till it didn't Feb 2022 Control panel problem.
Called support within a couple of days they had the warranty repair set up.Had it back fixed like new. in about 2 weeks..Rare in todays world to have a warranty issue
taken care of so fast and easy.
Now the genset works just like new again.
This is my 3rd genset of various brands and is what I should have started with.
lots if power makes wife happy can run whole house when power goes out
