I own 2 of these generators, haven’t had any issues with either of them. Easy to assemble and not terribly heavy to move, the included handle is great!

Just what we were looking for

We wanted a versatile generator that would give us power. We are on a well so when we lose power we also lose water. It will be nice to have a backup.

Had some hiccups but the service was great

It arrived, we got it assembled and all was well. A couple of weeks later started it up again but no power. Called their help line and finally got a case number and an email started with a tech. Through him / her we got replacement brushes and put them in and all is well!
