Hurricane Ready

Hurricane Irma left us without power for 5 day a few years ago. I vowed to my wife that it won't be the case next time. After a lot of procrastination, research and my wife's constant "encouragement" to "at least buy something", I decided that I would get a generator that would run the whole house. This powerful dual fuel model fits the bill. Plus, it has great reviews. I will be hiring an electrician to install an interlock switch before the hurricane season swings into action.
I have never owned a generator before and found it easy to add the leg supports and wheels. I followed the easy to understand set up instructions and connected it to a propane tank, pushed the start button and it started right away. I'm not looking forward to hurricane season but it's better to have a generator and not need it than to need it and not have it.

Great Product

Purchased this based on the "extra" features and was not disappointed. Easy to assemble/set up. Electric start is awesome. Used to power my house during electrical failure and RV.

I recently purchased the unit. I liked the way the unit was built, copper windings in generator, cast iron sleeve in the engine, low oil shutdown, remote FOB, duel fuel, no flat tires, covers on the receptacles, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Really nice generator, I would have given it 5 stars but the 50 amp plug is in a bad spot directly over the wheel. You have to bend the 50 amp cord to make it fit. Other than that it looks to be made well

Bought for emergencies and have started it periodically with zero issue. Works great on gasoline or propane - with remote start and trickle charge to keep start battery ready to go when you need it. Great power output options as well. Very pleased!

Excellent customer service

I bought this generator after our power went out. Unfortunately, the first unit we bought did not function properly and would not start without starting fluid. Customer service was very helpful in trying to diagnose the issue. When they determined it was a bad unit, they authorized a return and exchange for a new unit. I picked up the new unit and it worked flawlessly. Very happy with my purchase!
