Remote Start a Great feature.

The generator arrived today and was easy to assemble, considering I only needed to install the feet and wheels and add oil (provided) and fuel. The generator started right away using both gasoline and propane. The true test will come when it has to provide power during an outage, but now I will continue during the burn-in phase.

Ran 7 Days Straight During Hurricane Ian

I bought this generator in June of 2022 as I live in Southwest Florida. We were hit by Hurricane Ian on September 28, 2022. This generator was simple to setup and ran for 7 Days straight absolutely any issues. I changed to oil every 25 hours. It ran 3 refrigerators and everything in the house except my central air conditioner. I have nothing negative to report about this generator, simply amazing!!!

Troubles

Bought this 9500 Gen for emergency backup. Started the unit the day it was installed. Put the unit into storage. I just replaced to battery as the original went dead. I still have no juice, The machine seems to have died.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great generator

I bought this a few months ago as part of my hurricane kit. I had to use it sooner than expected with the arrival of hurricane Ian. It did the job and was so easy to use. The only reason for the 4 star rating was that the generator backfired a few times and I am not sure if this is normal or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!
