Great packaging and easy to start

Bought this unit and it arrived a week before it was due to be here. Great packaging... The box was beat up pretty bad, but generator bwas safe inside without a scratch. I’m looking forward to the cover the manufacturer is sending me. Thank You.

Great generator

I bought this back in Nov of 21 but due to back surgery, I couldn't get around to it till a couple of weeks. I found no wheels or oil, oil I took care of but would love to buy some wheels, an address and price would be great thanks.

All I needed to do was follow the instructions for start-up and I was set-up for any future power outage. I can now rest easy when I hear of a future ice storm in our area.

Good generator for the money

The first day I couldn’t get it to start, but I contacted technical assistance and they walked me through what I needed to do. So I appreciated their assistance/help. Bottom line is I had to hold the choke in the cold start position (it’s an automatic choke so it doesn’t stay in the cold start position as it tries to start, the choke starts moving unless you hold it) and I did use some starter fluid and that was the trick of getting it started.

I assembled it in about 1/2 hour, and bought it for use with propane primarily. It started right up with the remote.

Great Quality & Loaded with Features

I received this unit on 2-15-22 and I am very happy with my purchase! I put the legs and wheels on and it started on the second crank with propane. This generator is packed with features vs other models. I love the key Fob remote start. The FOB as well as the generator seem to be very good quality! I am prepared now a grid failure!
