This was the right item at the right price. After doing a lot of research, I really wanted a dual fuel generator - and this was a great choice.

Great generator and customer service

So far so good... after a call to tech support to learn that the battery cable wasn't connected when it left the factory. That's ok, it was for shipping, but it should have been mentioned in the manual or a tag attached to the cable. I had to get a neighbor to manually pull the cord to start it but it took a call to tech support to find the real issue. Anyway, CS was real good and now it works like it should.

Everything worked right out of the box Easy start The noise level is a lot less than I thought which is very nice. We are having it hooked up to the inside power box so it will be ready to go on the next power outage

My husband and I have just purchased and received this generator. Although packaging was very damaged the product seemed to be in good shape! However, it was laying on it's side instead of upright when delivered. It doesn't seem to have affected it as far as I can tell. We have not had the opportunity to use this generator as yet but starting and running for test purposes seem to be great! Really like the remote start feature!
