Deliver Flawless

Arrived today in excellent condition and two delivery guys were on time and helpful. Assembly was easy except for battery connection. Manual was inaccurate. New units have singular electrical coupling rather than terminals connections. Help center was cooperative and said manual is in revision.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best combination of features and performance

After quite a bit of looking, this was the brand and model that had great reviews, a full set of features (including my must-have dual fuel) and modern conveniences such as the key fob start. The generator arrived in great shape, fired up on the first try, and effortlessly powered the A/C unit of my RV. Very satisfied so far.

Terrific Generator

I received the generator during a blackout. It was easy to assemble and worked immediately on the first try - using propane. It has been running about 4 hours and have used about half of a 20lb tank of propane. So far it is performing above my expectations - It was on backorder for a while but I'm happy I didnt compromise and waited. The design is well thought out and easy to operate. The remote, funnel and tool kit are nice touches.
Only two negatives - It arrived intact, but I was surprised at the packaging - it could have easily been damaged if not handled properly. Also, it is louder than anticipated. The spec is 73 db. From 50 ft away, my db meter averaged 83 db with a high of 87 db.

Great features gets the job done.

I bought the WGen9500DF a few days before a big storm blew in. The set up was fast and easy. I ran it for 4 days with out a problem. Used both propane and gas. It ran long on gas but it was great to have the option to use propane as a back up. This is a great generator ! The only thing that would make it better is if it had an Ehco mode to use less power.

So Far So Good.Fired up WGEN9500DF. Time Will Tell

I bought this in late July. It came on a wood pallet. Delivery was smooth through a trucking company to my residential home. It was delivered by a truck with a lift gate on the back of the truck on 8.6.2020. It was wheeled up by pallet jack into the garage. I just recently put on the tires and assembled it, followed the instructions with a friend here, battery, oil, etc. to give its first test run on Propane gas, only. On 8.8.20, we fired up without a problem. I ran it for about 40 minutes. I turned it on and off a few times at the end of the run and tried all 3 different start types (button, key fob remote, and the choke), which all worked. So far, so good after 1 week of ownership. So Far So Good. The volume isn't that bad once you get inside the house. You want some distance between the generator when running and the structure or vehicle you would be inside nearby. Time will tell if there are any issues when it is used again.

Started right up

Bought this unit at the end of last year and haven't touched it until hurricane Isiais knocked out our power for almost a week. Started right up, ran on both LP and gasoline and kept our refrigerators running without issue. Nice selection of outlets, compact size and remote start are all great features.

Dual fuel and nice features

I bought this generator after researching quite a few different brands. This seemed to have a lot of nice features and small details that made the difference. Dual fuel was a must but the outlet covers, remote, start, and ease of use and maintenance made me feel good about my purchase. There was little assembly and in no time, I had my 40lb propane tank hooked up and was ready to go. It started immediately and has been purring ever since. It's a little bit loud but a small price to pay for power during an emergency
