Sweet Generator with all the Bells and Wistles

Bought this to help with power outages in California. Dont rain much in the desert but when it does the power is out. This has great features including electric start for us old guys. Duel fuel propane for when you can't get gas at the gas station during bad times. Also comes with its own battery tender for maintaining battery during down times. 30 and 50 amp hook ups many 110 also. Key fob start and stop button nice addition plus much more. Already have my panel setup to run the whole house from generator bring on the stroms.

After several months of research and bad weather I decided on this generator it checked all the boxes I was looking for and then some. Hopefully I’ll never need it but glad I have it if I do.

Ordered online and was delivered last week, Only took a week or less to receive it from across the US. Was very impressed that the generator was strapped down on its own pallet and had No Damage from shipping. Looks and feels well built, was easy to setup. I did put a little more oil than what came with it to fill up to the oil stick mark, not a problem for me but it might make the oil level shutoff not start the engine if you don’t check your oil level. Was easy to start after connecting the battery cables, fuel and oil. This should power the majority of our house when the power goes out.
I was impressed that when you push the start button on generator it will attempt to start for a few seconds then pause a few seconds and then attempt to start again by itself automatically, this keeps from overheating the starter, smart engineering! Remote start works great also.
Was expecting the generator to be louder than it is, not much louder than my 3500 watt, a definite plus!
Have already recommended this WGen9500DF to my friends!

Just received. Great generator. Set was easy. Add oil and fuel and fire it up. Noise is not too bad. Will be great backup system
