I have wanted this item for quite some time. I received it. I have it wired into my panel and it works phenomenal. It starts so easily with the remote control and I am able to use propane or gasoline.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Let's Try This Again

This is my second 9500DF. I used my first one once when I hooked up an interlock kit on my home. When I went to use it again, it would run but wouldn't make electricity. After swapping a few parts that Westinghouse recommended (and sent me), they told me to take it to their certified service center. They discovered it needed a new alternator. After almost 4 months and 2 failed attempts at shipping a new alternator, Westinghouse replaced the generator. When it works, it's great. Hopefully the second one will do better than the first.
