Easy set up and start, running on propane. No problems, well packaged. Big enough to run almost the whole house.

EASY ASSEMBLY AND RUN

Very easy to assemble and prepare for the first run. Need to read instructions prior to starting. Has a number of great addtions to everyday generator.

I bought this as backup power for house. Haven't had to use it yet but it was super easy to set up. Took a couple tries for the engine to start but once it did it was smooth sailing from there.

Generator works great Instructions not so hot

Lets start with the good stuff. The actual product is fantastic once you get it started. The push button and remote starting is wonderful. I would definitely recommend this generator to my friends and family. They would have gotten a 5 from me on the hardware if it could stand alone. However I believe the instructions are lacking 1 simple clear instruction. That is on page 14 of the manual Connecting the Battery. there in 1 sentence are the complete instructions. When you look at the unit you see black wires with a black tie around them. They look like 1 unit that shouldn't be cut apart. They should split that 1 sentence into 2 steps. 1) Cut the tie holding the battery connections, 2) Connect the 2 ends together. It would also be nice to show a picture of each operation. If you can not do that easily then at less make the tie Yellow or Red so it does not look like it is part of the wires. Customer Support is great when you finally get through to them. It took me days of calling in for long waits only to be hung up on. I was almost ready to send it back to the store.

Great generator. Great power and size.

We live in rural area where power goes down often. We waited to start this until we had switch installed by electrician to be able to do so safely. Once done this generator, on propane would run our fridge, our freezer and 2 electric heat panels. I am impressed and delighted and know if we need it. We are going to be warm and safe.
