Bought it just over 1 month ago and had already served its purpose. Kept my pipes from freezing and food from spoiling when we lost power. In my opinion I earned my money back with 1 use.

After much pre-purchase investigation online, comparisons to various competitor's similar product suggests that your WGen9500DF is likely the best choice and better value. Primarily considered engine displacement, sleeved cylinder, wattage, weight, portability, fuel consumption, noise level, outlet receptacles, dual fuel, battery charger, remote start & price. Much faith placed in Brand Name of widely known American company, with promised Lifetime Technical Support. No setup or startup problems. Still running in initial break-in period, and haven't yet applied heavy loads.
