I bought it a few months ago. Did not produce power. Customer service has been great. They sent me a new voltage regulator to try but that did not work. They had me load it on a pallet and Westinghouse arranged to have a truck come pick it up. I just received the replacement and everything seems to be good! We will see how it goes !!

Easy to set up and works great!

We bought this generator a couple months ago and had not needed it until last night. Strong storms came through and out power has been out for 19 hours at this point. We unboxed it and installed the feet and wheels in no time and hooked it up with Propane since we didn't have any gas on hand. It ran great. We got gas this morning and it switched easily over from Propane to gas. We have it hooked to the house via a transfer switch so other than the A/C, we can run everything. I has clothes in the washer and dryer when the power went out and was able to finish the m up after hooking up the generator.

More than I expected

I just picked it up a few days ago and was pleasantly surprised. It has dual fuel, remote start. It has the capacity to run everything I want to run and does not strain during the start up or run process. Definitely worth the money.

Simple to assemble wheels and propane adaptor. Probably more power than I need, but better than being a little short. Love the dual fuel feature. reasonably priced.
