Out of the box it looks like great quality. Have yet to test it but I've read nothing but good things about it.

Great generator

I purchased last month as we live in southerner Texas. We do see some power outages .
It arrived in good shape. I put it together hooked the lp and three spins it was running switch to gas and the same three spins and it was running.
I then hooked it up to my golf cart care charger and let it run for 1 hour the voltage held solid at 240 to 241.
What a great generator sold as anyone i have ever had and I have have own 4 in my life time.

Runs great. Had an issue with no power at 120 outlets at first. Contacted customer service and received a quick reply advising me to try the outlet resets located in the middle of the outlet. I had not seen them. Problem solved. Very pleased with generator and customer service.
