Happy I Bought The Westinghouse Genny

Well packaged and easy to install wheels and mounting feet. Connected the battery cable and the battery charger. Filled it up with the included oil and filled gas tank. Then made sure the fuel selector was set for gas, turned the fuel valve on, turned battery switch to on and pushed the start button one time. The generator fired up, ran smoothly and wasn't as noisy as I thought it would be.
Had looked at different generators and read all the reviews I could find. The Westinghouse just had all the features and great reviews and I am happy I chose it over the others. Only purchased this for power outages and will be having an electrician set it up for whole house power when needed. Been without power a couple of times before and decided this was a good investment to make.

Soooo easy to start!

I bought this a week ago and have not used it but when it was set up it started immediately and the propane. I’m a 71 year old widow who researched generators. I was going to buy another brand which had a high rating but it seem to have a lot of finicky issues. I saw comparison of this model versus the one I was considering by a different company this offered the same power with better fuel efficiency. I love that it’s dual fuel because I really do not feel like lugging gasoline cans. I much prefer the propane

Glad to have this back-up in hand, especially as it is propane capable. The unit is very user friendly; operating instructions and manual are comprehensive.
