Just got it set up and purrs like a kitten. Lots of great features, especially the remote start. No more going out in 5 degree weather to start it up.

I bought this generator after Hurricane Helene. I have never used a generator before but this one seems very easy to use anfter breaking it in to get ready for winter storm Fern and it easy to pull around. Love having the remote start!

We bought this to power an off grid home. We have it out for a predicted snow storm. Loving the remote start. We have only used it on the break in period. However, we have it ready and are excited to use it.

What genius designed a generator that you cannot start with the pull rope unless the battery is charged? They put an electric fuel solenoid that requires the battery to be charged for the carburetor to get fuel. Is it just in case we feel we need exercise? The whole purpose of the pull rope on a generator with electric start is to be able to start the generator if the battery is dead, no?
