The ordering process was great Bob at power equipment direct was very helpful. Received both machines within a couple days. Because of where I live the tractor trailer that delivered the generators couldn't deliver them to my house i had to go down the street aways and off load the generators on my truck along side the road. The next day read manual and put generator wheels and oil in and inspected machine. Tried to start generator wouldn't start after several attempts gave up because I thought it was flooded. Tried starting the next day after several attempts it finally started but had to pull start it to get it running. put load on generator responded very well. Overall happy, hopefully it will start easier for my wife and daughter when i'am not home to get it started.

Solid Power and Dual Fuel. Love this thing and would highly recommend. Needed a generator that the wife could start as well. Electrician coming out next week to install transfer switch and wall outlet. Started up with one push of key Fob (That's Right...Key Fob remote start)! No more cord pulling.

Happy so far. Unit was shipped fast and was created very well. Unit started right up and assembly was easy. Plugged it in and it ran everything as advertised. Quieter than my general and lighter.

While I haven't had the need to use it yet during an outage, it seems to be exactly what I wanted: Powerful enough to run sump pumps, 2 refrigerators, TV, furnace and a couple of lights. Preparation from box to use takes about 20 minutes including installing Wheels/feet, connecting battery & adding (included) oil & fuel. I would recommend a Generator tent (GenTent) to use outdoors during a storm if you don't have a sheltered area as the generator can NOT get wet.
