Nice unit

Runs great on propane but won’t run on gasoline. Fresh fuel, fuel valve open, selector switch on gasoline.

We lose power all the time so now we have this generator and it can do the whole house so now when we have no power for like 5 days we no longer have to even think about it

We lost power for five days and bought this generator and was able to keep most things running in house to stay comfortable and would of lost all our meat in freezer without it which helped offset purchase price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great little generator

I didn't have much of a choice when I was looking for a generator, because I had to buy it in a pinch due to an ice storm. But I'm really pleased with this one. The only thing I may have done differently will get the next next size up. I really like start. And the ability to use two fuels is great.

Great Generator

We lost power due to an ice storm. Our old generator died, so we needed a new one. Bought the WGen7500DFc and love it. Simple to get it ready. Starts easily. Fairly quiet. Great features. Love that we can run it on propane or gas. Very satisfied!

I'm not impressed 105 hours of a power outage and it never started. The unit has about 16 hours on it from previous use its 8 months old. not only did the auto start fail to start the unit its pull start wouldn't start it either. it fired about 2 seconds and blew the screen off on the exhaust in a backfire. It's cold start choke (Auto choke) moves to choke position but rotates back before the unit starts and floods it with gas. its got to be hauled to the shop so far customer service is a bit slow, but they responded. I'm hoping for a quick and easy warranty process and i will post an follow up of what the issue was.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Generator for when the power goes out.

Generator arrived on time as scheduled. Assembly instructions were clear which made it easy to get the generator set up. Provides the power I need to run the well pump and the house needs. Portability is a plus. Easy to move around. When I first tried to start the unit it was around 40 degrees. The auto choke was activating, but the unit would not start. I reached out to the support team and they told me in cold weather that I would have to manually choke the unit to get it started. Once I did that it started right up and I have had no issues with the unit not starting since then. The instruction manual could be clearer about cold weather starting. I would recommend this generator if you are looking for an emergency power unit for your home.
