Great purchase

Purchased a 7500 watt dual feed generator for hurricane season in Florida. It starts and runs great and is not as loud as the 5000 watt generator it replaced. Plenty of power to keep our house running when the power goes out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great features but hard to start

This was a replacment for one I bought earlier on 4/30/23. I could not get the first one to start. I received the replacment on 5/23/23. It would not start on gas. I tried it on propane and it started. I then tried it on gas again and it would not start until I tap on the fuel solenoid. The next day it would not start until I tap on the fuel solenoid and manually moved the choke. That is three generators and all of them where hard to start and one would not start at all and I had to send it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the generator but I had problems.

I bought two of these. I could not get one of them to start and had to send it back to get a replacement. It was hard to start too. I had to run it on propane and then after trying it on gas it finally started after tapping on the solenoid. The other one would not start on gas no matter what I tried. The next day I tried it again and it started. There is something wrong with the fuel system making these generators hard to start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this product a couple months ago, but was unable to use it because I was needing the HVAC person to install the electrical outlets and connections for it. So I pretty much stayed several weeks out in my shed. When we finally meet needed to use it and try it out. It was a bit difficult to turn it on, but it was just a spark plug that someone else figured out. Besides that it turns on smoothly. So far so good.

Dual fuel portable generator

I am from New England but have been warned a generator is essential in Florida. We are both over 65. After much time reading reviews and talking to others, we determined that the dual fuel (gas or propane) presented the best options for us. Needless to say, the remote start was a must. A definete to have!

Purchased this for basic backup of essentials for the home in the event of powerloss. Worked amazing in the cold weather after power went out, Two days of using it for basic needs, (heat and cooking) we were able to stay fairly comfortable. Dual fuel made life pretty easy. Had a couple cans of gas and three bottles of propane, so no shortage of fuel.
I would recommend this to a friend!
