First, the Model is WGen7500, there is no "DF" on it, but this was not on your list. I found this very easy to put together, and once all the items were done, I pushed the start button, and it came right on. This is great since I have some shoulder issues, and now my wife can go start it during a power outage, thanks. A good heavy duty item I expect to last many years.

Power outages seem more frequent and last longer so I bought this generator as insurance that our country house will have power. I also installed a reliance transfer switch which meant I had to convert the generator to floating neutral from its arrival state of bonded neutral. The generator was easy to set up via the manual instrutions and fired right up using gas. I like that this is a dual fuel (lpg and gas). The control panel seems well laid out. Haven't used the remote starter that also comes with it. Definitely would recommend this unit.

Easy to start and enough power for all your needs

I purchased the WGEN7500DF to replace my 3750 watt pull start generator when it died. The 7500 is a breeze to start with the push of a button, and has more than enough power for my sump pump, well pump, water heater, furnace, refrigerator, with plenty left over for lighting and charging phones. I love the dual fuel option so I can easily switch to propane during an extended outage when gasoline gets scarce. I'd recommend Westinghouse to anyone looking for a great, feature rich household generator.

I researched several portable generators and am very pleased with my selection. It is powerful, quiet and easy to move around. It runs on both gas and propane which allows me to avoid gas lines in an emergency. The remote starter is a great feature in inclement weather.
