Easy setup, easy to start

Bought for backup during a hurricane. Easy assembly to put the wheels on and have it ready to go. Seems well built and starts right up.

Functionally, this generator exceeded all my expectations and I really like the dual fuel capability. 99% of the fit and finish was perfect, truly nice looking (nothing looks cheap or flimsy) heavy duty machine. The only negative I have is that the exhaust gasket was being held by one of the two muffler bolts so I had to remove the muffler to inspect the gasket before reinstalling it correctly. I'd still buy it again given all the positive aspects of the generator.

I'm off grid and it charges my 10 large deep cycle batteries quickly. Love the remote. The oil drain is poorly located and can result in a big mess. This generator is very thirsty and uses a lot of gas/propane. It needs a hook up to a large propane tank and not the little BBQ tanks. There is no info regarding this. You will run through a BBQ type tank in a few hours. Not practical. I recommend you buy this generator over other brands. Its well made.

Unit has a smaller for factor that outer brands of the same wattage. User control panel is very well laid out and easy to understand and use.

Arrived in time for hurricane. Came with quart of oil and propane regulator hose, spark plug wrench, funnel. Have not used it yet in power outage.
