Arrived in great shape, however, warranty sticker was hard to read, looks like it was torn.

EASY SET UP AND START

Took about 1 hour to set up and run for 15 minutes. Started one first try and ran really smooth, shut down is really simple and like the remote starter feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I put it together when i recieved it. It was very easy. I was anxious to start it up,but it would not start. So I sat and thought what did I forget. I did not turn the gas switch on. Once I completed my situation,I used the remote,and she started right up! I went into the house and pushed the wireless Remote start through a steel door in the kitchen ,and she started right up! Don"t think about buying one just do it. I have theWGEN7500

Deceptive Advertising

First and foremost, product arrived damaged as noted on several reviews. Did not affect the product as it was the frame that was damaged, still not happy that it arrived this way. Secondly there is not a cover sold for this product, therefore when they advertise for a free cover with a completed review - then they tell you that covers are no longer available - this is definitely not right. However generator does work for its intended purpose, it MUST be set on solid ground as there is an extreme amount of vibration. Power goes out a lot at our summer home so this has already been used twice and powered what we needed it to do.

good choice for temporary power backup

Got a dual fuel unit so we don't have to worry about keeping gas stable. Runs perfectly well on 20 lb propane tank, with included hose. It is attached to a 10-circuit transfer switch for powering essentials, including refrigerators/freezers, septic pump and 240-V well pump, during outages. The control panel is especially nice. Everything is clearly marked and easily accessible (including the propane tank hose connection and gas/propane switch) in one place. The 5-V outlet is a nice touch for charging phones, etc., although I haven't tried it. Reasonably priced compared to the competition.

Easy startup right out of the box

Purchased to replace my 20 year old 5000 watt generator. In less than 25 minutes I had the generator running right out of the box using the quick start guide provided. Much quieter than my old generator. With push button or remote start anyone in the household can start this generator with ease.

Very nice generator, and easy to start

I live near the coast of North Carolina where hurricanes are a threat. this generator is easy to start and comes with a remote start which is very nice. i do wish they had pup a better set of wheels on the unit.
