Working well

After a glitch with the first delivered generator, the company made it right. The second generator is working well to run a 16 x 7 food trailer with lots of heating elements. hopefully it will continue to work well for a very long time.

Came earlier than expected undamaged and seems to work although I have only started it to make sure it worked; otherwise I might give 5 stars. I plan to use during power outages which can last for days in the Pacific northwest. I would have preferred the cover offered, but I guess a free power strip is better than nothing. The shipment tracking was also lacking in communication as I specified a call for delivery appointment, but only relieved a call from driver when he was 20 minuets away; good thing I happened to be home!

I have not had to use the generator yet however I expect that it will meet my needs to run everything in my home except my AC unit.

Great backup generator

Very easy for my wife to start with electric button start. Bring on the Power Cuts! If you're thinking about this as a purchase, don't think just do.

Powerful and Easy to Start!

We live in an area that loses power frequently. Had hard time starting old generator with the recoil handle. This generator was easy to assemble with directions easy to follow. The wheels make it easy to maneuver. This generator started like a charm with the 1st push of the remote starter!
