Excellent Choice for a Portable Home Generator

The unit is well built and has the power to run the home essentials during a power outage (I.e. lights, refrigerator, and hot water heater. If the load is managed, different load combinations can be obtained. In addition, the propane operation is very clean.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Powerful with great features

After reviewing many generators, we thought this one would meet all possible needs when we experience loss of power. Items that especially stood out were: dual fuel capability, remote and electric start, and a switch that makes it easy to change from gas to propane. This generator also had great reviews from many sources.

easy to set up

I have no comments on use during an emergency, because I just received the generator. I was asked to leave a review and be compensated by a cover or power strip. No covers were available. My review basically covers unpacking and start-up. The unit was very easy to set up and the instructions were clear. I feel that's significant given the potential for damage resulting from incorrect set-up. After putting on the wheels, adding oil, connecting the battery and reading the start-up instructions, the generator started up with no drama. I would have liked more information about the oil. Instead of causing me to look for the sump capacity, they could have just said: "Dump the whole container into the engine." The funnel could have been a little more robust as well, but it ends up being a one-tine use thing. The generator is easy to move about the garage, appears to be well made, and starts easily.

Returned home from outing, no electric. Unit still in box, used quick start procedure, within 30 mins. had electricity for essential items inside our home. Great product......

Easy to install and use

Putting it together out of the box took 15 minutes. Hooking it up to my house was easy with the help of an electrician. We lost power the first night by happenstance, and this thing worked like a charm for 3 hours until power came back on. Remote start/stop worked great.

Easy to select alternate fuel sources and starting options

This was the first generator that I ever owned. I looked at many units and was very impressed with this product. Ready to use with very little setup and assembly required. Everything needed for use except fuel is included. Initial start-up was immediate. Has a lot of flexibility for power connections. Product quality looks very good.
