I needed a generator for various projects around my property, which is a few acres. It's not feasible to run 500 feet of extension cord, so I began to consider my options. The WGEN7500 has absolutely no trouble powering my projects around the yard, in all truth, it's possibly too much generator if that were to be my only use. I live in a rural area and our home is all electric, including the water heater and furnace / heat pump, so I wanted to purchase a generator that was capable of powering our home in the event of a long term power loss. I've used this generator on 4 occasions now, with 7 hours on the hour meter and it has been flawless. Start-up couldn't be any easier with this models battery-powered electric start feature. I did a lot of research before this purchase and felt this unit was one of the best options between its power capability, price and feature set. Hopefully my long term experience will continue to be as excellent as my initial experiences that I've had with this generator.

Hurricane Florence left us without electricity for 9 hours. Unit worked like a charm. Remote start was helpful and had more than enough power to keep the refrigerator running while keeping the family comfortable.
I would recommend this to a friend!
