After reading the paperwork, it was quick and easy to set up. Started up on the second push of the electric start button and my wife likes the remote starter!

I bought this generator after a great deal of research into features, quality, and price. This is replacing my old stand-by generator that died after 10 years. After unpacking the WGEN7500DF, I was impressed with the rugged quality. It included a propane connector hose, spark plug wrench, oil, funnel for the oil and a charger for the battery. The wheels and front legs were installed in 10 minutes or less. The gauges and controls are mostly on the front panel. The gas gauge is on top and gas shutoff on the side. After filling the oil and connecting the battery terminals, I connected the propane tank with the included hose. This whole process took about a half hour but I carefully read the instructions to be sure everything was going to work properly. I checked the breakers, turned on the battery power, turned the lever to propane and pushed the power button on the remote control. It started immediately. I connected my water pump to put a load on it and let it run. It handled that without any problem. it shut down with the remote just as easily. The handle makes it easy to move the generator around. My first experience with this generator is very positive. It is a little loud but it isn't enclosed at this time which should make a difference. The oil drain location might make changing the oil a challenge but I think I can solve that. I would definitely recommend this generator because of its quality, gas or propane option, three options for starting, power, and ease of operation all for a reasonable price.

7500 generator

I hooked it to my propane and it runs great. Haven't had the chance to run it for a length of time yet. I did hook it to my house and it ran everything I needed .

Bought it today. Assembly took 20 minutes. Unit is very heavy but moves easily with the supplied wheels and handle. Gassed up, punched start button and away it went. Haven't tried propane yet or remote start. I like it so far. Will update review after our first power outage, which are frequent.

I've only hooked it up to my propane tank and tested it, but so far it seems to be a good product. I'm waiting to get a transfer switch installed, then i'll see how much load it can really handle.
