so user friendly, the start system is very innovative, as a 55 yr. experienced heavy equipment mechanic, Listen up when I say " great product, great competitive price;" just what you would expect from a company that's been affiliated with Electrical Power Engineering forever! Never would consider any brand.

Currently use extension cords but strongly considering kit to connect directly to the house . First generator I felt would be worthwhile to go that route . The ease of starting is a huge plus . My wife could use with no issues . Need to be aware of the weight . Maneuvering is a bit of a challenge but doable .

Arrived as described, easy to assemble and in excellent condition. I haven't had the need to use it yet but I test it every few weeks and no issues to date.
