Wouldn't Start

For residential use by complete beginners with a generator. Gasoline start up just would not work. Clean gas, all the right valves open. Propane start up worked fine and it kept running after switching to gasoline but still will not start up from the gas input. I have a call in so may be able to review better after.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I needed this real bad . Tired of throwing away food from the frig two seasons in a row. Hope for a good try this winter. Waiting for electrician to wire to my main panel .

Intuitive to Set Up and Operate

Super easy to set up and operate and controls are where you would expect to find them. Manual appears to we well written and adequately and accurately describes operating features. Provided accessories will make using the generator easy and unit appears to be well made

Love the propane option

Wgen 7500/9500. Really like the dual fuel option. We are on propane in our home so i am able to hook up to a large fuel supply. Remote start is a great feature. No going outside in the rain when the power goes out. Starts right up when you push the button.
