My son owns this exact generator and I have experienced it’s performance on at least 3 occasions, 2 from summer storm power outages, and one from heavy snow. The generator started promptly, performed as expected, and we basically ran numerous circuits in his house which allowed us to be comfortable and relaxed until power returned. This prompted me to purchase the exact same generator as I feel confident it will meet my expectations. Great product!!!
