SO FAR SO GOOD

Shipped and arrived in excellent shape, read the user manual installed wheels and put oil in and was basically done. Hooked up a 20# propane tank with the hose that came with it and the Generator fired up on first try I checked the V but did not add load. Very happy so far..........

Runs Great - Propane Regulator Doesn't Shut Off

Very happy with the power and ease of use of the generator. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star is when running on propane, you have to shut off the propane after use, defeating the purpose of the remote start.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this in Feb. 2019. Auto start feature is the greatest thing ever. At first, I thought I bought a dud. Turns out I forgot to turn the gas line valve on. Let it set after initial use for 90 days, then started it again--started right up no problem.
P.S. I would like the FREE generator cover, NOT the 15 ft. cord.

Bought for the features

Assembly was easy! Had the unit running in under 20 minutes. All the features worked as described. The remote start is a nice touch. I have yet to work the unit under a full load but I am impressed with the function during my hour of breaking in run time. Very quiet given the power supplied and it even looks like a fine machine. My main use will be recreation power for our rv and campsite. Given the smart transfer feature may set it up for emergency power at home. Looking forward to many years of use.

Lousy Design of oil plug location

Either move the oil dip stick location or the positive battery cable. Adding oil is difficult because the cable is in the way.
Add the gas and oil capacities in the instructions for filling the respective tanks. Otherwise one doesn't know when the oil is full except when it overflows and makes a mess
Should be a way to tell when the commercial power comes back on, so the generator can be stopped.
After reading and following the set up instructions three time, the unit will not start so I can't yet say if I would recommend it.

Only used it once during bad weather and I am very satisfied with the power it provides. noise level just a tab above quite but it's not unbearable.
