Electrician said this is how to go, dual fuel and this one is perfect for a house backup. Assembly is needed to install wheels and front rubber supports. The supports go in with two bolts each. The problem is on both occasions one of the bolts were not screwing in because they were welded and bolts stripped because they were not aligned. Electrician had a nut bolt a little smaller and that was fine. He pointed out that the weld on one of the brackets was only halfway up and said it could crack with use. I would recommend quality control tighten up controls, as both were poor welding controls. If you want pictures just ask as I am quite happy with my unit but you guys can do better.

I bought this last month as a backup plan and so glad I did. The option of using propane or gas is what interested me. Perfect fit for what I am looking to power up when needed.
