Very pleased with the generator so far. It appears to be well designed and made. the manual is very well written, clear and well layed out.
The electric start and remote fob work well and I like the option to use gasoline or propane.

Works great, features meet my needs

Started up on the first try after charging the battery some with the included charger. Setup was a breeze, broke in 3-4 hours or so without a hitch. Haven't tried to use the propane feature on the DF, gas feature is quite simple. Instructions easy to understand. They don't specify whether or not to turn in the oil level reader thing so I just pressed it in and withdrew it to assess the initial oil level and using the 1.1 L included oil it put me at about halfway in the good zone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Generator

So far so good have fired up the generator, only issues is the battery does not seem to be holding charge. Which will be an issue if the power goes out…nice to have the pull/manual back up. Runs half the house and is a lot quieter than our old one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Too many issues

The generator was a huge disappointment. During a terrible winter storm where we lost electricity for hours our brand new generator wouldn’t start. Neighbors with knowledge of small engines attempted to help but it wouldn’t start no matter what was tried. Customer service attempted to help but said we needed to take it to a repair shop. They couldn’t supply us with names of a repair shop because their computers were down. Fortunately it was under warranty so we were sent another generator which arrived today. This second generator the mounts for the front control panel were welded crooked so the panel does not mount flush to the frame.
Also the tubular frame on top was significantly bent. We are extremely disappointed with the quality of workmanship.
