Easy assembly/Easy use

We bought this generator to supplement one we already own. This one has a higher working capacity and more versatility for us. It was very easy to assemble, all parts were in a separate box, the remote fob attached to the pull handle. To install the feet and wheels, we set the generator on one of its short sides and it took about 3 minutes to get everything attached. The unit took all of the oil that came with it, but do pour it slowly as advised. We used the remote fob to start it, ran it for about 15 minutes and shut it down. Our battery came charged. Directions were easily understandable and clear. Very easy to move about and use...so far so good.

Unit arrived with a damaged carton. The way the unit was packed insured that there was no product damage.
Start up instructions were concise and easy to follow.

Like the dual fuel option

Fired right up! Am looking forward to the 1st power outage. One issue, fuel gauge doesn’t work and I’ll need to contact Westinghouse to see what our options are

Everything you need in one compact package

I just purchased this one. It replaces an identical one that I had and loved and was unfortunately lost in a recent hurricane. This is undoubtedly the best generator I've owned and I've had several. It has everything I need, lots of usable power, durable and mobile. I ran the last one 29 days straight when we lost power in a hurricane and never lost any food or communications - highly recommend!
