Amazing product!

We were without power for almost 5 days after Hurricane Irma hit Florida. Everything in the fridge had to be thrown out, hundreds of dollars were wasted because we weren't prepared. Shortly after Irma, we purchased this generator. Luckily we haven't had to fully use it, but during the test runs the generator worked perfectly and was extremely easy to start. I love that it comes with a battery charger, and three different ways to start the machine. Crank pull, start/stop button, and even with a key fob incase we need to start it from a distance. I also love that it's a duel fuel generator. It will run on gasoline or propane. Before a hurricanr, gasoline tends to be one of the hardest things to buy, so I'm very glad I have an alternative fuel source option if needed. We're officially prepared for the next extended power outage!

Easy Setup

This Generator was so easy to setup and use. It came with oil and a funnel. I connected it to a propane tank and it fired up on the first push of the button.

A Generator That Meets All of Our Needs

After a lot of research we decided the Westing House 7500DF met all of our current and future needs. I never would have considered a dual fuel generator without input from my wife, but I'm glad I listened. The extra option of using propane is a great added bonus. Our biggest concern was being able to start the generator as we get older. With the auto start button and wireless fob the generator starts itself with just the push of a button.
The initial setup was so easy, I was wondering if I had missed something. I set it up with a canister of propane and tried the auto-start to see how the well generator would work. The generator cycled through 3 short starts and ran perfectly once the propane was primed.
Living on the East Coast of Florida, hurricane season will less of a worry with this generator.

Great Features

I've been looking for a "duel fuel" generator with electric start for some time now and finally got my Westinghouse WGen7500DF delivered this week. It was delivered w/o any issues and was easy to set up and get ready to run. Tried propane first...hooked up the tank, switched fuel selector to propane, flipped the start switch and then clicked the remote (a perk I wasn't looking for - but very happy this model came with it) and the generator started right up. Also took it through the paces using gas and also used the manual start with no issues. I now feel more confident that should mother nature throw another hurricane our way that I have a reliable backup power source. Very happy !!
