A workhorse

I bought this over a year ago, and it has saved us from power outages about 8 times now. It gets excellent gas hours. On a full tank, it goes 18 to 20 hours. It's a workhorse.

Factory Dual Fuel with Electric Start

I bought this to replace an older generator. I had added propane capability to the older generator. This generator is dual fuel from the factory and features electric start. It has all the features I've been looking for. It is big enough to power the necessities, but not so big that run time on limited fuel is an issue.

We had a 40 hr outage in mid-October. That did it, I ordered this model after quite a bit of research. The size is big enough to handle all my essentials. I will use gas fuel primarily, but if the local gas stations are out I like having propane as a fall back. Our power went out the morning my delivery was scheduled. The generator arrived at 3pm and was up and running within the hour. My wife loves the remote electric start too.

The Generator I Expected

After a good amount of research, balancing reviews on this and other generators, and needing to cover ourselves in the rampant Calif power shutoffs (expected to last for years)....I am glad for this purchase. I have 5 hours run time with the unit easily starting both on propane and gas using both start button and remote. Using my meters output showed as expected with no load and then running a 12 amp compressor on the 120v and then also the 240v 4 prong into 50ft 10g extension cord. I will hook up to entire house with transfer switch but for now extension cords are fine. Also, my neighbor thinks this is quieter than his 8000w by another name brand.
