Exactly what I Wanted, but beware

I have had 3 of these units in a short amount of time. The first one delivered was not dual fuel so it had to be returned. When the second was delivered, I noticed a brown residue on the fuel screen when adding fuel. I removed the screen and the entire inside of the gas tank was completely rusted. (See pic) After contacting customer service, it was recommended for me to send the unit back for a replacement. The service Dept was helpful and easily accessible. Sooo round 3 was a charm. The correct unit came and was rust free. The options you get for this unit are second to none. If this hassle would have happened with any other item, I would have taken the hint and found a different brand. So far I couldn’t be more happy with the unit itself and the customer service was great. Pretty sure the generator deserves 5 stars, but I cannot ignore the fact I almost overlooked a critical issue that would have quickly rendered the tool inoperable.

Generator was delivered in great condition and started up with no trouble. Generator runs great and is quieter than i thought it would be. i am ready for the hurricane season now.

New Startup and Run 1 hour no issues

Just bought it, ran for 1 hour. Started up no issues. Super easy to program remote start, came with everything as stated. Tested 3 start ups, started right up, used my volt meter to confirm voltage with the display and was the same. Thing is pretty easy to move around, havent tested it with much a load bc this was just commsion+start up. But appears very good buy

Awesome Generator

I purchased this generator because it has duel fuel. It was easy to put together and it started right up. No issues. Even the remote to start the generator came paired up so all I had to do was push the button. Very easy and not that noisy. I highly recommend.

Easy set up.

I purchased my generator a couple of days ago. The set up was very easy. I Used propane for the initial startup and found the instructions easy to follow. I encountered no problems with starting up and shutting down with the remote.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fast Delivery

Bought this generator for camp. Ordered on the 14th, delivered on the 20th. Broke it in at home for specified time and then used it at camp over the weekend. Besides lighting and coffee pot for camp we used it to run a chop saw. Ran great on both gas and propane. The remote start/stop was awesome considering it rained and we didn't have to go outside to use the generator.
