Great Features. So far so good

I finally bit the bullet on getting a transfer switch installed and needed to upgrade my generator as part of the process. My electrician suggested the brand. I have only used it to test out my hook up but I am impressed by the features. Auto start, auto choke, and the dual fuel is key. We have had some storms where gas was more than scarce and having the propane option will ease my mind. Switching between the fuels is as easy as flipping a switch.

This generator is well constructed and has great features such as a remote start up. My electrician said it is one of the best he has installed and the features are user friendly

I bought the generator last week and it would not start. The battery seemed dead and it would not start. I tried to contact Westinghouse Outdoor Power and the phone kept disconnecting. I finally got connected and Jathy informed me the battery was disconnected and how to connect it. He said he get 5-6 calls like this a day. the starter worked and the battery seems okay.

I bought this generator about a week ago and I was impressed how easy it was to assemble and operate. I used both gas and propane and had no issues. Excellent product.
